Shipping & Returns
Empressa Safety Plus ships products to street addresses in the United States . Your shipping charges are determined by the estimated dimensional weight and destination of your order. United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate boxes are our primary shipping method. Priority mail will be used upon request. Oversize or overweight orders are shipped via common carrier and may incur additional shipping, handling, and packaging charges.

Return Policy
Empressa Safety Plus prides itself on carrying quality products. We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all unused, unopened items with the exception of any personalized or custom logoed product.  Personalized or Custom logoed items are not returnable unless the product is defective. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call for a return authorization number before shipping anything back. We will send the return goods authorization form via fax or email with instructions for how to return.
